ITIP

ITIP accompanied the expert platform EUTP on a scientific basis. Technologies, approaches and concepts were systematically collected and presented. The project focused on innovative transhipment technology and their effects on the cooperation with the operators. ITIP developed best practices and success factors for innovative transhipment technologies in intermodal transport. The tool EXTIP, developed within the project, offers an extensive overview on existing transhipment systems in intermodal transport.
