Sandra, who is athletic and Peter, who is somewhat unfit, had a race against each other around a circular area with a diameter of 150 metres in opposite direction. They both started at the same spot but Sandra didn't start until Peter had already ran 1/8 of the distance (i.e. 1/8 of the circumference). Sandra didn't think much of Peter's speed and started dawdling - until she met Peter. At this point Sandra had gone 1/6 the distance.
