PTV Vision - experience the world of future-orientated traffic solutions: 18th PTV Vision Users Group Meeting and Training Courses, 21-22 October 2008, in Karlsruhe, the city of research and science
This year is the 18th time that the PTV Vision Users Group Meeting is taking place. The continuously increasing number of participants from over 25 countries shows us that our concept of practical workshops and expert presentations appeals to our users.
You are invited to take part in our meeting from 21-22 October 2008, in Karlsruhe! You may expect an informative, up-to-date, and future-oriented forum covering all topics relevant to traffic planning.
Together we would like to discuss the sustainability of traffic development. Topics such as traffic planning, traffic engineering, and operational planning will dominate the meeting.

In the afternoon we invite you to join us to discover Karlsruhe on a historical tour with a museum tram. Get into our nostalgic vintage tram and enjoy an unforgettable journey through the history of Karlsruhe.
Afterwards we'll take you to one of the most gorgeous locations in the city, a historical significant hall in the castle of Karlsruhe.
There you will be culinarily pampered with the delicious local cuisine and can meet new business contacts in a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere.
An enjoyable entertainment programme will complement the evening event.
Fit in PTV Vision
We will again be offering a one-day advanced course for VISUM/VISSIM users the day after our actual Users Group Meeting takes place, i.e. on 23 October 2008. Our experienced trainers will be ready to answer your questions and show you how to use our software even more efficiently.

Registration fee and terms
Users Group Meeting Registration fee includes a comprehensive seminar folder, lunch, beverages during the breaks, a sightseeing tour, evening event at the "Besitos" restaurant | € 490.- (plus 19% VAT) |
Group discount | If you register as a group of at least 2 participants, we grant the second participant and any further members of the group a discount of 30% on the regular registration fee of € 490.- (final price is plus 19% VAT) |

After receipt of your registration you will receive an e-mail for your confirmation and the invoice attached to it as a PDF file. Please transfer the invoice amount to the account specified on the invoice.
Minimum number of participants: PTV AG shall be obliged to hold the courses announced if there are at least 5 participants. PTV reserves the right to cancel a meeting or course 7 days before it should begin if there are fewer than 5 participants.
Registration cancellation policy: The registration fees will be refunded for cancellations that are made at the latest 15 days before the meeting or course. For cancellations made between 5 and 14 days before the course, 80 % of the fees will be refunded. For cancellations made 4 days before the course, or if no cancellation is made, there will be no refund. Alternatively, it is possible for someone to attend in your place.
